I am so sad to hear this. I have been working on this lightning project
for two years here in canada. As our lab is almost done, i log on to the site
to hear this news. I am in shock. frank was so intrested in helping me.

Thank you all for writing those beautiful sentiments, I have tears in my eyes as I remember the emails I had with Frank and the success I had with my antenna. A wonderful insight into a technical project, a man who made the difficult project into reality in a simple way. A brilliant mind and a character of perseverance - nothing was impossible! He obviously worked on other challenging projects at work and succeeded in all things. A man who brought many people together through his brainwave and interest in the weather and storms.

You will be missed by all on here. My thoughts and condolences to his family and close friends.
